All of the work I do is designed to connect you with your five senses, emotions and imagination. To help you identify anything that is causing discomfort by teaching techniques to balance them. By learning to acknowledge, accept and love all aspects of one's self is to truly find your peaceful self.

Find your way back to calm. My mindfulness sessions guide you to flow past stress, anxiety, and limiting beliefs through EFT tapping, breathwork, and creative expression.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is psychology-backed and combines positive word phrases with tapping on energy meridians to help recalibrate your nervous system. EFT is a self-help technique that helps reduce stress, anxiety, muscle tension, nightmares, phobias and more.

Reiki Healing Sessions

Allow yourself to open and receive powerful life force energy that can transform your emotional, physical and spiritual self! The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words — Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit — with beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

You are fully clothed under a blanket and hands mostly hover above. During a session you relax into a meditative state, where you are fully aware of what is happening but also deeply relaxed. Reiki is a wonderful, glowing experience you must receive to understand.

Services For Kids

It is so fulfilling to help children learn how to identify and regulate their emotions, explore their creativity, and build a deeper confidence in self. My goal is to give them tools to use at home for reducing anxiety and being more relaxed. My classes cover EMF tapping, breathwork, art self-expression, energy clearing, and grounding techniques. Each class is intuitively guided and designed based on class participants.

Can parents participate in class? Yes and it is encouraged. All the tools I teach have had a major impact in my life. My childhood was messy. It created anxiety, poor self worth, stress management and more. Learning what I share has also dramatically helped my parenting abilities.

Celebrate joyfully and creatively! We create a safe space for children where laughter flows and hearts open through mindful crafts, yoga, breathwork, and sound healing.
We are so excited for Summer Camp 2025! It is going to be packed with fun, engaging, unique and mindful tools that will benefit the whole family.
